40y celebration of a personal hygiene group
A Belgian company celebrated its 40 years. Not alone, but with all its sister companies worldwide.
With a presence in 22 countries it was not so obvious to celebrate all together and to come up with a concept that could be easily implemented by the countries itself.
We came up with a general theme: “Dare to celebrate” and proposed besides an online & digital toolkit, 4 phases to celebrate this special occasion.
Phase 1 was all about challenging the community and its people by reaching out for team challenges.
Over 100 challenges were sent in via a platform (sport, charity, health, art,…) and realized in style.
Phase 2 launched a call to action: ask the questions you always wanted to ask the CEO of the company.
Over 15 hours of roundtables were organized, again worldwide.
Phase 3 was, of course, about celebrations all over the globe, and every country celebrated in the same look and feel, consulted in the toolbox.

The last phase focused on wrapping this year up in a creative way with a bookazine, filled with great memories about the celebration.
