Shop -in-shop by Electrabel

In the context of the liberalisation of the energy market in the north of the country, Electrabel entrusted D-side promo with the management of its 4 new points of sale. The points of sale in question are shop-in-shop stores, in other words an Electrabel store inside of a Makro store. To date only those Makro stores in Dutch-speaking regions boast an Electrabel stand. Our sales strategy consists of putting in place a fixed 10-person team. The team members were all trained by Electrabel. D-side promo was in charge of the selection of team members and is responsible for the administrative and commercial follow-up thereof for the next 16 months. The sales teams handle information requests from consumers as well as the promotion of Electrabel’s products and services.
