Online event registration process for Citroën

For their events, Citroën wanted to go from paper to digital for the registration process.

Together, we worked on a secured tailor-made website and communication process. Starting with a personal access code, guests fill in the appropriate registration form (7 different guest profiles) which generates an automatic personalized confirmation mail. Behind that, the project leader can use different admin tools like a registration approval tool, analytics charts and a module to easily create new access codes and new DB entries. E-mailing campaigns are also handled with a detailed report indicating the penetration percentage. Once the event is done, the communication is not yet over; attendees receive a thank you mail with photo gallery access and a possibility to give their feedback on a comment page.
