You are the manager’s right hand and you partly work as back officer. In case of the manager’s absence, you are responsible for the manager’s tasks (the location, visits, events, etc…) You help with ensuring the manager that the visitors have a unique experience at the brewery.

Marcom & Sales

  • You work for the manager, but you have a common objective to attract a certain amount of visitors on an annual basis.
  • You report to the manager directly.
  • You work according to the Marketing Communication plan that the management has elaborated.

Administration and logistic support

  • You are responsible for the general administration
  • You deal with phone calls, e-mails, etc…
  • You handle all the incoming invoices linked to the daily organization, events or visits (in cooperation with the manager, keeper of the tasting area or the keeper of the shop)
  • You work closely together with the keepers of the shop and tastin area and you help with ordering products, materials, etc…

Events & visits

  • You help with following up requests for group visits, B2B events…
  • You update the planning of all requests via a booking system.
  • You send out invoices for all requests and follow these up in detail.
  • You handle all formalities of the events before and after the booking (invoices, contracts, contacts with suppliers, etc…) Experience
  • You have a min of 5 years experience in retail, amusement parks, hospitality or events.

What are your tasks?

  • You are responsible for the shop, which the guests will visit after they have experienced the tour of the brewery and tasting (attraction).
  • You welcome visitors and you help them with their shopping, buying tickets if necessary or just give them information.
  • You spend most of your time on the field in the shop in order to be near to the customers and make sure that the shop is part of the overall experience.
  • You have a small team of people working with you.
  • You help to reach certain sales numbers on an annual basis thanks to your sales skills.
  • You are responsible for the cash registers and cash money and you report to the manager and assistant-manager.
  • You provide initiatives to stimulate the sales.
  • You change the setting of the shop on a regular basis, in accordance with the manager and highlight certain articles according to the season.
  • You keep track of the stock and you place orders.
  • You are responsible for the shop employees when they are absent or during busy periods.
  • You make monthly inventory of the shop.


  • You are commercially skilled.
  • You speak fluent NL, FR, ENG and if possible German.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable
  • environment, a retail shop with both B2B and B2C customers.

  • You are passionate, structured, organized, flexible, customer focused and commercially set. Weekend work is required.

  • Rigoureux, sens de l’organisation et aptitude au travail en équipe
  • Vous maîtrisez la suite MS Office
