Type of contract: 150 days / year (Full time April-Sept / partial other period)
Mission description:
Be in charge of the local coordination, sales and account management.

  • Be the Account Manager for the clients centralizing all contacts (sales, supply, IT, MarCom…) and taking over the coordination, support and reporting of the project.
  • Be in charge of the coordination of the exhibitors (for the fair) by leading the booking of stand and material, the follow-up of the registrations and invoicing.
  • Be responsible for the negotiation and coordination of the suppliers within project frames defined by d-side.
  • Lead the development of the visual identity of the fair and operation in line with the client’s graphic guidelines.
  • Ensure the efficient and performant execution in the field through onsite permanence and support during event & operations.
  • Report to d-side Project Director

Education – Personality & background:
Bachelor or Master in the field of management, communication, or marketing.

  • Similar experiences required
  • Experience in retail appreciated
  • Enthusiast, dynamic, proactive and flexible (no 9 to 5 mentality)
  • Responsible, client minded and solution oriented
  • Autonomous but good team player, rigorous and stress resistant
  • Bilingual ES / FR + EN is a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word…)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LOCAL PROJECT ASSISTANT

Project: Organization of a yearly event & exhibition (12.000m²) for the most innovative retailer
Type of contract: 150 days / year (Full time April-Sept / partial other period)

You’ll assist the Country Project Manager in the local coordination, sales and account management of the project, especially in the following tasks:

  • Negotiation and coordination of the suppliers with d-side support (AV, venue, furniture, security, catering…)
  • Design & follow up of technical implementation plans
  • Overall coordination of on-site implementation (Built-up, set-up and dismantling: stands, fresh market, concept, meeting rooms)
  • Ensure the efficient and performant execution in the field through onsite permanence and support during event & operations
  • Assist in the the coordination of the exhibitors (booking of stand and material, follow-up of the registrations and invoicing, support and reporting of the project)

Direct report to Country Project Manager
Functional report to d-side Operation Director

Education – Personality & background:

  • Min Bachelor
  • Experiences in event production
  • Enthusiast, dynamic, proactive and flexible (no 9 to 5 mentality).
  • Responsible, client minded and solution oriented.

RESPONSIBILITY

As a d-side expert you’ll assume the overall responsibility of Racing strategy and Olympics preparation of the brand in their Brussels of ces, you will report directly to the general manager marketing & communication of the brand and regularly report to the d-side management team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Overall responsibility of project management for Racing project and preparation for Olympics projects.
  • Development and implementation of activation and communication strategy with other stakeholders.
  • Liaison at 3 levels; global, Europe and national teams.
  • Strategy alignment and co-ordination at at a global level.
  • Toolkit and governance framework development and implementation.
  • Management of marketing collateral approvals.
  • National Sales & Marketing coordinators brie ng, information distribution, tracking andco-ordination.
  • Management of effectiveness tracking framework.
  • Key stakeholder reporting (at Project, European and World levels).
  • Coordination with the d-side client team.

IN CONCRETO

  • You are available to start asap.
  • Initially for a 12 months project with probable extension for our customer and/or d-side projects.
  • Embedded in our client’s team based in it’s Brussels of ces and in it’s Marcom team.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • 7-12 years agency / communication experience.
  • Team player, motorsports or sports marketing experience (and fan !!!!) who has delivered brand focussed content/campaigns that exploited corporate motorsport/sports programme assets.
  • Level: account manager/director.
  • Organised, meticulous, dynamic, sociable et responsible.
  • Hands-on person (with some strategic understanding) but more of a content development person.
  • Strong coms, social, digital, sports marketing skills.
  • Media understanding is a plus.

FONCTION :

Être responsable pour la création de projets de stands et événements ou autres projets éphémères avec le soutien vers les équipes de production.

Après une période de reconnaissance, il est, ensemble avec l’account, le point de contact pour le client et assure le suivi avec l’atelier de menuiserie.

Il/Elle doit assumer la maîtrise des matériaux et technologies, couramment appliqués en projets éphémères, et prendra contact avec les fournisseurs et autres intervenants.

La remise des projets fera également partie de ses attributions.

Le département stand fonctionne en équipe et le reporting se fait au sein de l’équipe.

PROFIL DU CANDIDAT / DE LA CANDIDATE :

• Diplomé(e) en architecture d’intérieur, design industriel ou architecture

• Maîtrise de Vectorworks, Renderworks, Cinéma 4D, Photoshop (ou autres)

• Maîtrise d’Illustrator et InDesign sont un plus.

• Dessiner, faire des croquis et avoir une bonne représentation 3D sont un must.

• Créatif, sens des responsabilités, enthousiaste, résistant au stress et autonome

He or she will be located in the Creative Lab together with other trainees in graphical design, video, interactive, motion gesture, architecture, photography, …) and will responsible to think of new concepts for briefings or new initiatives we want to initiate with.
