An “à la carte” – event for ING at Palais 12

ING Belgium recently introduced a flexible reward plan branded as the “Cafeteria Plan”. The Cafeteria Plan aims at offering employees the opportunity to actively shape their total reward package according to their individual needs. To promote the Cafetaria Plan, ING Belgium organized a 2-day family event in Palais 12 of Brussels Expo. The objective was to inform and inspire employees and their families on the plan and the opportunities it offers. Several stands were foreseen to present all the advantages (car, ICT, pension saving, etc.):

  • 12 car brands with their top models on display
  • Other car related providers like Total, Carglass and Q-Team
  • ICT providers like Lenovo, Samsung and Apple
  • ING staff to answer all questions from employees

On top of that, a fully equipped kidszone and catering facilities were provided to the visitors.

In summary: an interesting event, in a dynamic venue with a great outcome.
